Man Arrested After Battle Creek Break-In

BATTLE CREEK, Mich. (March 9, 2014) — A 25-year-old man was arrested Sunday after allegedly breaking into a Battle Creek home.

According to a press release, two men carrying a TV were spotted leaving an unoccupied home in the 200 block of Spring Street.

Battle Creek police arrested a suspect matching the description of one of those men at about 9 p.m., and said a witness positively identified him.

That man is currently lodged in the Calhoun County Jail on breaking and entering charges.  He will be identified following his arraignment.
