TEXAS TOWNSHIP, Mich.- The Kalamazoo County Sheriff’s Department is investigating an armed robbery.
It happened at the Hungry Howie’s Pizza in the 7900 block of S. 8th Street on Friday night just before 11 p.m. Employees told Sheriff’s Deputies that two men came into the store and demanded money, one of them had a handgun.
Employees say the first suspect demanded the money from employees while the other acted as a lookout. After the suspects got their money, they ran away. Deputies tracked them to the 6800 block of Texas Drive. where they say it looks like the suspects got away in a vehicle.
