LANSING, Mich.– Mental health, seniors, and energy are just some of the tropics Michigan Governor Rick Snyder is expected to talk about during his fourth State of the State address Thursday night.

The speech is scheduled for 7:00 p.m.

Many Michiganders are wondering if the Republican governor will touch on how the state is handling Obamacare, the Detroit bankruptcy, and taxes. Experts predict Gov. Snyder will also revisit some items from past State of the State speeches that have stalled, such as setting aside a billion dollars to fix Michigan’s roads and bridges.

Late last month, the governor posted a videoon his YouTubechannel and said that 2013 was a year of accomplishments.

FOX 17 will be in Lansing before, during, and after the speech.  You can watch the address live both on-air and here on FOX17online.com.  You can also watch it here.  Look for highlights and reaction Thursday night and Friday morning right here on FOX 17 News at Ten.
