COMSTOCK PARK, Mich. — The West Michigan Whitecaps announced the full roster of Detroit Tigers players, coaches and front office staff scheduled to appear at the Annual Winter Baseball Banquet at the DeVos Place in downtown Grand Rapids.
More than 20 members of the Tigers family will be in West Michigan on Thurday, January 23.
Players: Al Alburquerque, Nick Castellanos, Joba Chamberlain, Andy Dirks, Bryan Holaday, Austin Jackson, Don Kelly, Steve Lombardozzi, Justin Miller, Hernan Perez, Rick Porcello, Luke Putkonen, Bruce Rondon, Max Scherzer, Drew Smyly
Coaches: Mick Billmeyer, Dave Clark, Darnell Coles, Jeff Jones, Wally Joyner, Matt Martin
Front Office: Dave Dombrowski, Dan Dickerson
The Whitecaps also have extended the deadline to purchase tickets for the event to Thursday, January 16. Individual tickets and corporate tables are still available. Corporate tables include 10 tickets to the banquet, 40 raffle tickets and preferred seating, and are $900 each. Individual tickets are $80 per person. Raffle tickets are $5 each or five for $20. Those unable to attend but willing to support the charities are welcome to donate any amount. Tickets may be purchased by calling the Whitecaps at (616) 784-4131.
Fans should note that the Tigers Winter Caravan is not an autograph event. Although patrons are welcome to bring cameras and take pictures with Tigers guests, outside memorabilia is not allowed into the Banquet and autograph collecting will not be permitted. Tigers Winter Caravan players and coaches are subject to change without notice.
