MUSKEGON, Mich – Three men are facing charges in Muskegon after a being connected to an armed home invasion.
It happened around 5 o’clock Thursday morning on the 100 block of East Forest Ave.
That’s when investigators say the men kicked in the door.
Two people were inside at the time, a 36-year-old man and his 53-year-old mother. They were not physically harmed during the incident.
Police used a description of the get-a-way vehicle and made a traffic stop just a couple miles away.
Inside the vehicle, police say they found evidence from the home invasion and a loaded assault rifle.
The three men are behind bars, facing several felony charges.
