GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — A homeowner in Grand Rapids woke up to an intruder in their house on Dec. 31, but instead of stealing anything, the suspect was cooking hot dogs.
Police tell FOX 17 that the homeowner said someone broke into the house on McReynolds NW around 3 a.m., and that the suspect was cooking hotdogs.
Update: According to the homeowner, it turns out the suspect was actually the homeowners son that had come home in the middle of the night and was making a snack. The homeowner said she did not recognize him at the time and called police.
