MILTON TOWNSHIP, Mich. — Twelve-year-old Adrian Chiquito, of Niles, was killed Tuesday morning after the car he was in crashed in Cass County.
The crash happened at roughly 2:05 a.m. on Bertrand Street in Milton Township. The driver, a 14-year-old also from Niles, was taken to the hospital with unspecified injuries.
No other vehicles were involved in the crash. The driver lost control of his vehicle and struck a tree, according to Cass County Sheriff’s Department.
