GRAND RAPIDS, Mich.- A 15-year-old is recovering from a broken leg tonight after being hit by a car. That’s according to the Grand Rapids Police Department.
Police say a 17-year-old driver without a license hit the victim, pinning him against a cement pillar outside of Clancy Street Ministries.
The group was loading presents into the car when it happened and police say the teens mother gave him the keys.
The incident is under investigation and charges may be filed in the future.
