KALAMAZOO, Mich. — Deondra Liggion was charged Friday with murdering a man in Kalamazoo in late November.
Jeffrey Orlando Pratt was shot and killed at a party in the 1200 block of Portage Road Nov. 30.
Liggion, 35, was arraigned in 8th District Court on charges of open murder, assault with intent to murder, felony firearm possession and three additional counts of felony firearm.
He was arrested Thursday, Dec. 12., and is currently being held in the Kalamazoo County Jail without bond.
