A winter weather advisory is in effect now until 5pm Wednesday for most of West Michigan, with the exception of Ionia, Montcalm, Newaygo, and Mecosta Counties. Additional accumulations of 3 to 6 inches are possible in parts of our area. The snow should start to get heavy again first thing in the morning Wednesday.
