(CNN). — Autopsies have determined the official causes of death for Paul Walker and Roger Rodas. Rodas, the driver of the vehicle, died of multiple traumatic injuries; Walker, the passenger, died of the combined effects of traumatic and thermal injuries, the Los Angeles county coroner’s office said Wednesday.
The deaths were ruled to be accidental. Toxicology results are pending, and could take several weeks.
