BATTLE CREEK, Mich. — A man accused of stealing tools and construction equipment from a Battle Creek Health Systems office is in custody Tuesday morning.
Police say at around midnight someone broke into professional medical offices that are under construction on Capital Avenue SW in Battle Creek. Officers arrived, and after a short foot chase they were able to arrest the suspect.
Police also recovered the stolen items and assorted burglary tools that were used by the suspect.
