TWIN LAKE, Mich. – Michigan State Police need help finding a missing man.  48-year-old Rick Navarre left for work Monday morning in Twin Lake but never arrived.

The last place he was seen was getting gas at the Speedway gas station on Holden Road in Muskegon.

Navarre’s daughter, Katey Gonzales, said her dad’s disappearance is completely out of character.  She said he woke up Monday morning and told his wife he loved her and mentioned he was leaving early to get gas.

Police said there is evidence that he did fill up at the Speedway but what happened after that remains a mystery.

A few hours later, the Navarre family got a call from Rick’s place of employment, the Non Ferus Cast Alloy Inc. in Norton Shores.

They told the family that Rick never showed up for work.

Katey said her parents are both active members of the military.  Rick is stationed with the Army out of Portage.

Navarre was last seen driving his white 2012 Ford Super Duty Crew pick-up.  It has tan trim and the fifth-wheel towing package.  The pick-up has a Michigan army veteran plate in back which reads OLKA9.

In front it has an Alaksa State plate.

If you know where he is you are asked to call police, the number for the Rockford post is (616) 866-4411.
