GRAND RAPIDS, Mich- One person was taken to the hospital after a rollover crash Saturday Night on I-196.
According to the Grand Rapids Police Department, the driver struck the curb on the on-ramp from Lake Michigan Drive to I-196. The male driver then over corrected and rolled the vehicle onto the driver’s side.
The driver was extracted from the vehicle and taken to a local hospital with minor injuries.
The on-ramp was closed for about 45 minutes while the accident was cleaned up.
Alcohol is not believed to be a factor in this crash.
