KALAMAZOO, Mich- A 30 year old man who was beaten and left in a dumpster a month ago has passed away.
According to the Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety, the 30-year-old man was beaten in the 500 block of South Rose Street in Kalamazoo, he was then placed into a dumpster and then had bleach dumped on him.
Police later arrested 25-year-old Drew Thorngate in connection to the beating and charged him with assault with intent to murder.
Charges against Thorngate will be updated in the near future.
