FREMONT, Mich. — A medical issue caused a Muskegon County man to die after an overnight auto accident.
The incident occurred at midnight Thursday when a car driven by Michael Jess Poling, 41, of Twin Lake crashed near Main Street and Mechanic Avenue in Fremont. The investigation showed that the driver crashed due to a medical issue.
Poling was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
The incident remains under investigation by the Fremont Police Department.
