GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Three additional suspects in the December 2012 murder of Jason Cherry have been identified.

Grand Rapids police Tuesday announced that Tory Overstreet and Craig Hureskin are both in Kent County jail.  The third suspect, 24-year-old Jeffrey Slaughter-Butler, is still at large and considered armed and dangerous.

All three men are facing felony murder and armed robbery charges for the Dec. 29, 2012 murder of Jason Cherry.  Four others were shot during that robbery.

Last week, Tamaine Foster was found guilty of felony murder and other charges related to that incident.  The other suspect, Isiah Latham, pleaded guilty to second-degree murder and testified against Foster as part of that plea deal.    Both will be sentenced in December.

Anyone with information on Slaughter-Butler’s whereabouts is asked to contact Grand Rapids Police Department at 616-456-4604 or Silent Observer at 616-774-2345.
