MUSKEGON HEIGHTS, Mich. — At least two crews were called to a residential fire in Muskegon Heights early Wednesday morning.
The fire started at around 5:00 a.m. at a home located at 2208 8th Street. It was described as being fully involved when fire crews arrived.
Crews had the fire knocked down shortly after 6:00 a.m.
The man who lives in the house was not inside at the time, said Muskegon Heights Fire Chief Christopher Dean. The department is working to contact him.
