MUSKEGON, Mich. — Two teen brothers in Muskegon are facing charges after allegedly assaulting a 15-year-old on a school bus.
According to Chief Assistant Prosecutor Timothy Maat, the 14 and 16-year-old brothers are being charged with assault and battery after they were allegedly caught on video assaulting the victim.
Their next court date has not yet been set and their identities are not being released.
