Holland Man Arrested After Altercation That Involved Shots Being Fired

HOLLAND, Mich. — Holland Police and WEMET detectives arrested Donald Winston Cobb, 27, of Holland Township for his alleged involvement in a November 7th shooting incident in Holland.
The shooting happened at 17th Street and Central Ave. at about 10:45 p.m. Nobody was injured in the shooting in which four shots were fired towards the victims car.
Cobb was arraigned in the 58th District Court on three charges: Felonious Assault, Felon in Possession of a Firearm and Felony Firearms. He is being held on a $10,000.00 cash/surety bond.
Police were able to identify Cobb as the subject involved in an earlier altercation with the intended victim in this incident. That altercation involved a dispute over drugs. No one was injured in either incident and police continue to investigate the incident.
