That hit man was actually an undercover Michigan State Police officer, and the alleged target’s wife and her sister were arrested on charges of solicitation of murder after trying to hire him.

Police say that the man contacted them Tuesday saying that his wife and sister-in-law were attempting to have him killed.  An undercover officer then met with the two women in a parking lot at a Norton Shores shopping center.
