MECOSTA COUNTY, Mich. — Brian Nye was arraigned in Mecosta district court on October 18 on two-counts of criminal sexual conduct. According to the Mecosta County District Court the charges were from an incident that happened back in September. Nye was also charged with interfering with an electronic communication and assault. Nye is expected to be back in court on October 22.
Nye is a registered sex offender.
