BARRY COUNTY, Mich. -The man arrested during what police are calling a possible road rage crash on M-37 and Yankee Springs Road in Barry County was officially charged Monday.

Juan Daniel Dominguez-Garcia, 19, was charged with operating while intoxicated causing serious bodily harm.  Three people were taken to the hospital following that crash, two of which are minors.  The accident shut down M37 Barry County from Adams Road to Shaw Lake Road just south of Middleville for several hours Sunday night.

Dominguez-Garcia is expected back in court Oct. 16.
