GR Police: Man Shot in Nose, Suspect Sought

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Grand Rapids Police are investigating a shooting Monday night where a man was shot in the nose.

The victim was located near a home in the 300 block of Griggs SE around 10:30 p.m.  The victim’s injuries are said to be non-life threatening.

Police believe the initial shooting took place in the 1900 block of Beulah Street SE.

No suspect is currently in custody.  Police did search a home on nearby Francis Avenue, but the suspected shooter wasn’t located.
