GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Jamila Williams, the former University Prep math teacher accused of having sex with several of her students, pleaded no contest in that case Thursday in Kent County Circuit Court.

Williams, 35, was charged in June with three counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct and one count of second-degree criminal sexual conduct.  She will be sentenced on Oct. 15 at 2 p.m. in Kent County court.

In court, Williams wept as she admitted to the statements Judge Paul Sullivan read.  More charges related to her sexual conduct with the 15 and 16-year-old boys may follow.
