The mother of a fallen officer from 2007 offers sympathy to the family and friends of Michigan State Police trooper Paul Butterfield, who was gunned down during a traffic stop Sept. 9.
Officer Robert Kozminski was killed six years ago while investigating a domestic violence dispute.
