Breezy Afternoon Brings Relief From Hot And Humid Weather

WEST MICHIGAN — Winds are picking up across Michigan this morning as cooler and drier air filters in behind the cold front that moved through earlier. Early morning clouds and patchy fog should start to clear and make way for sunshine this afternoon and high temperatures will warm into the mid to upper 70’s. Temperatures will continue to rise into the beginning of next week as summer makes its return and afternoon high temperatures warm up into the upper 80’s and near 90. The warm up will be short-lived however as a cold front will drop temperatures back into the upper 60’s by Friday.
