KENTWOOD, Mich. — Police have a suspect in custody in connection to a shooting that happened on Jul. 20 on Stauffer Avenue in Kentwood, that left a man with three gunshot wounds to the chest.
Police say on Sept. 3, Quarawn Rashaud Camp, 20, turned himself in to investigators and was arrested on a charge of assault with intent to rob while armed.
Camp is currently in the Kent County Jail on a $30,000 10% bond, with a preliminary hearing scheduled for Sept. 12.
