LEE TWP, Mich. — The Allegan County Sheriff’s Department is asking for your help identifying a man who walked up to a house and then died Saturday afternoon.

The sheriff says a man walked up to a house in the 100 block of 54th street around 12:45 p.m. and asked for help. That’s when he died.

First responders tried to save him but weren’t successful.

At this time, the sheriff says the man’s death doesn’t look suspicious, but they don’t know who he is because he didn’t have any identification on him.

He is described as a middle-aged white man around 5’11”, 300 to 325 pounds with dark hair which includes some graying. The sheriff says at the time of his death, the man was wearing a black t-shirt and black cotton shorts. He had several tattoos that may identify him, including a Tasmanian Devil on his right forearm. He also has a tattoo on his right shoulder: a King Neptune and a shield on his left forearm, plus a tattoo of a saying in cursive on his left shoulder.

If you know who this man is, call the Allegan County Dispatch at 1-269-673-3899.
