KENT COUNTY, Mich. — The Comstock Park couple accused of raping a 1-year-old girl and videotaping it have been extradited back to Kent County after being arrested in South Carolina.

Stevie Marie Foehl, 27, and 25-year-old Michael Emory were arrested by the FBI and local officials in Spartanburg, SC Friday, Aug. 16 in connection with the crime.  Officials say that they discovered video of the alleged sexual assault on Emory’s computer while investigating him for another sexual assault involving a 14-year-old.

Foehl and Emory were discovered at a relative’s house in South Carolina with their own children, who are now in protective custody of Child Protective Services.  Their next court date has not yet been set.
