19-Year-Old Charged With Pizza Delivery Stabbing, Party Store Robbery

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — A 19-year-old has been charged in connection with the August stabbing of a pizza delivery man on Herrick Avenue and the July armed robbery of the College Party Store.

Christian Lamar Hogg was charged with two counts of armed robbery and one count of assault with intent to murder in those crimes.  The alleged stabbing occurred Aug. 1 in the 1600 block of Herrick Avenue NE.  The victim was delivering pizza to the front door when he was jumped.

The second incident happened July 3, when Hogg allegedly pulled a handgun on the party store at 900 College St. NE employee and took an undisclosed amount of money.
