KALAMAZOO, Mich. — A police report obtained by FOX 17 reveals more details about the February fire at Interfaith Homes that killed three children.
According to the report, the fire was started when 3-year-old Tevin put something in the oven while allegedly being left unsupervised by Jonetta Woods and her then-boyfriend, Fred Glespie. Woods’ sister, Alberta Jackson, also told detectives that Woods is mentally handicapped and that all of her financial support is handled by family.
