GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — The man suspected of shooting a 17-year-old in the back in southeast Grand Rapids July 28 is still at large.
Police are seeking help locating 23-year-old Deoblo Williams-Simpson. Simpson allegedly shot Jalen Thomas in the back near Franklin Street and Eastern Avenue, sending him to the hospital with serious injuries. He is wanted for assault with intent to murder.
