CASCADE TOWNSHIP, Mich. — Travelers in West Michigan are getting a new low-cost option at Ford International Airport.
Southwest Airlines officially begins its service to and from Grand Rapids on Sunday.
There will be six daily flights to four destinations: Baltimore, Orlando, St. Louis, and Denver.
The budget airline often scores higher than larger competitors when it comes to customer satisfaction ratings.
