GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — A parking garage near 77 Monroe Center in downtown Grand Rapids flooded Friday after a pipe burst, according to WOOD Radio, who park their vehicles in the building. Crews are on the scene, including HAZMAT officials. At this time some buildings in the area have been evacuated.
