HASTINGS, Mich. — An 82-year-old woman was raped and robbed in her Hastings home Tuesday afternoon, and police say the suspect is still on the loose.
Only a vague description of that suspect was given by police. They are currently looking for a white male with brown hair between 5 feet 6 inches and 6 feet tall. They say he fled her home in the 200 block of W Benson Street in her white 2002 Buick LeSabre.
The woman was taken to a Grand Rapids hospital with unspecified injuries at about 12 p.m.
