TALLMADGE TOWNSHIP, Mich- A 19-year-old Grand Rapids teenager is in critical condition at a local hospital after falling off a bumper Saturday afternoon in Tallmadge Township.
The accident happened around 1 p.m. in the 300 block of Fennessy Street.
According to the Ottawa County Sheriff’s Department, 19-year-old Katlin Feeback was a passenger in a vehicle driven by 18-year-old Kelsey Smith. Feeback asked to ride on the vehicle’s back bumper.
While Ms. Feeback was on the bumper the vehicle took off and she fell onto the road.
Ms. Feeback was taken to a local hospital, where she is currently in critical condition.
The accident remains under investigation.
