GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Two teenage men have confessed to more than 30 home invasions in the Grand Rapids area Wednesday after being arrested in the middle of one of the alleged crimes.
According to Grand Rapids Police, a 15- and 16-year-old were apprehended at a house in the 500 block of Eastern Avenue NE after someone in the neighborhood reported the crime. One of the suspects fled on foot and was apprehended after a chase, while the other surrendered and was taken into custody near the house. They are currently being lodged at juvenile detention.
