If you have spent any time in Detroit, you most likely recognize these two victims: “Michael” – The man without feet, thick dreadlocks, and intense eyes who wheels around downtown, Eastern Market, and other areas. James Van Horn, aka “Eat ’em Up Tigers Guy” – The Comerica Park mainstay who has entertained baseball fans for years.
