ANN ARBOR, Mich. — He’s still got two years of high school football ahead of him, but the top-ranked athlete in the ESPN Class of 2015 says he’s coming to Michigan after his prep days are done.
George Campbell, a 6’5″, 198-pound junior-to-be at East Lake High School in Tarpon Springs, Fla., committed to Brady Hoke and the Wolverines on Saturday at the team’s barbecue weekend in Ann Arbor.
He’s the third-ranked overall prospect in his class and is the third commit for the Wolverines for 2015.
Campbell is projected to be a wide receiver at Michigan. He caught 30 passes for 766 yards and five touchdowns as a sophomore.
