GRAND HAVEN, Mich. — The 89th Annual Grand Haven Coast Guard Festival kicks off Friday, with plenty of events planned.
In the first weekend alone, there is the Lighthouse Quilt Guild, the Disney Infinity Tour Exhibit, and the Kids Parade. The ship arrivals are scheduled for Monday, July 29.
The Coast Guard Festival is a celebration and tradition of honoring the men and women who serve in the United States Coast Guard. Additional tributes throughout the week include the National Memorial Service, and the Walk of Coast Guard History.
