GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — A shooting in Grand Rapids sent one man to the hospital late Sunday night.
Hospital officials called police at 10:35 p.m., informing them that a male victim had just shown up with multiple gunshot wounds. His injuries were said to be non-life threatening.
Upon further investigation, police learned that the shooting happened outside of 444 Griggs Street SE. The victim had been approached by two suspects when shots suddenly rang out. The victim was able to run away, but ended up being shot in the leg and the back.
No suspects have been apprehended in this shooting, and it remains under investigation.
