GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Yellow Cab Company started operating in Grand Rapids at 3:25 p.m. Thursday afternoon, July 18.
The company was denied an operating license after a fraud accusation against four drivers. The accused drivers were subleasing the cabs, and city officials found no widespread indication of fraudwithin the company.
