EUREKA TOWNSHIP, Mich. – 28-year-old John William Allen Jr. was arrested after Montcalm County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a report of a sexual assault early Sunday morning, July 7.
Officers were called to a home in Eureka Township where a 12-year-old reported to have just been sexually assaulted by the Greenville man.
Montcalm County Prosecutor’s Office issued a two-count warrant for the suspect’s arrest, and Allen was arrested by Montcalm County Sheriff’s Detectives on July 11.
He was arraigned on charges of criminal sexual assault and indecent exposure. He remains in custody on a $5,000 bond.
