COOPERSVILLE, Mich. – Have you ever heard the sounds of oinks, moos, and neighs all while eating your morning eggs? Well, now’s your chance. The Ottawa County Breakfast on the Farm at Walt Dairy Farm is taking place Saturday morning from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.
The family owned and operated dairy farm is located at 8099 West Arthur Street in Coopersville and includes over 430 cows and 1,200 acres of crops.
The owners, Arlyn and Kathy Walt ,will welcome guests to the farm with the experience of producing milk for everyone’s favorite dairy products.
Those attending will enjoy their home-cooked breakfast all made from Michigan grown and produced items before setting off on a self-guided farm tour. The tour will include learning how to milk cows, feed calves, and work a tractor.
