GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Group volunteering registration began for the 2013 ArtPrize competition Wednesday for all businesses and organizations who want to volunteer together.
Organizations that sign up groups to volunteer can register before the general public. Volunteers are assigned to a specific location in the ArtPrize district and are tasked with either greeting visitors, giving directions, answering general questions or promoting their area. Local corporations set to participate in this year’s festival include Steelcase, Comerica Bank and ITC.
