SPARTA, Mich. — David Steiger, 19, was arraigned on first-degree child abuse charges in Kent County’s 63rd District Court Friday, July 5, after allegedly abusing his newborn boy.
The baby is currently in Spectrum Hospital being treated for the injuries. Steiger was arrested on July 2 and is currently being held on a $100,000 bond.
