ALLENDALE TOWNSHIP, Mich- Multiple Fire Departments are on the scene of a two-story house fire on Margret Lane, in Allendale Township. The fire broke out around 2 p.m. Sunday afternoon. The family that lives in the home immediately called 911 and got out of the house. Firefighters believe the fire started from the grill near the back of the house, which caught the back of the house and the roof on fire.
There are no fire hydrants in the neighborhood and firefighters are calling in tanker trucks to supply water to fight the fire.
The Red Cross is on scene to assist the family.
No injuries have been reported.
