MONTCALM COUNTY, Mich. — An 18-year-old Perrinton man was flown to the hospital unconscious after a boating accident on Crystal Lake Thursday afternoon.
According to Montcalm County Sheriffs, the man was pulled from the water by several pedestrians after he fell into the water from a boat. He was taken to Carson City Hospital and then later flown to Spectrum Hospital in Grand Rapids.
