KALAMAZOO, Mich. — Food on a stove Saturday night started a fire that destroyed an apartment unit in a complex in Kalamazoo, according to Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety.
The fire started around 11:30 p.m at a complex off of Buchanan Drive.
The fire was contained to only one unit in the building.
It is unknown if any other units in the building were damaged.
There were no injuries.
